I'd say they reach about mid-tier Narutoverse. Naruto characters are generally faster but they have nowhere near the amount of physical strength and their sensory abilities suck unless they are specifically trained in that or have a Dojutsu. I'd say they could get to like MS Sasuke levels of strength and hax overall but they'd have trouble getting past Sharingan hax. Power wise they match up to there imo, abilities like Shalnark's and Feitan's would be major contenders. (Shalnark's 'cause he should be able to avoid Genjutsu while on auto-pilot) Genjutsu is pretty much the only limiting factor there. That's the best comparison I can think of unless you're talking specific categories of strength. |

Imma post my opinion on this. Meruem, who's the most powerful character as of yet, is pretty haxxed. Capable of pulverizing plateaus with no effort whatsoever, and without rage as well. I'd even debate that he's weak at this point. When he showed a bit of his true power in the palace, Pouf was surprised and stated that he's invincible. He's capable of transforming into photons and teleport within his En range (which is ridiculously huge). We don't know exactly how durable Meruem is post-Rose, but he was pretty durable before getting revived. After the fight with Netero and taking on a lot of attacks, he was capable of surviving the Rose which took him by surprise. We didn't see him state immediately after the explosion, but we saw him at least 20 minutes after the explosion. He cooked in the heat and radiation of Ground Zero of the bomb, and was still alive. The Rose is ridiculously powerful, as it's capable of wiping cities off the map. It also pretty much changed the whole landscape there. It was detonated from below the ground in a nuclear bunker, but it was still capable of vaporizing the terrain for miles. That area was filled with plateaus, so yeah. Killua is the second fastest character in the series. He's capable of reacting to an attack that requires super lightspeed reactions in order to react to by only knowing when and where it will hit. Puts him in the relativistic range. Electricity flows at speeds near the speed of light. That's basically how his Whirlwind ability works. His Speed of Lightning technique, on the other hand, makes him conscious of what's happening. While it's definitely not as fast as Whirlwind, he's still pretty fast. Capable of moving at speeds that exceeds his normal speed consistently. The series has a few haxxed techniques, such as Knov and Melereon's abilities. Also with the hype of the Dark Continent arc, we may soon see powers that would blow everything we've seen so far out of the water. |

In terms of versus capabilities, to put it into a "tier" comparable to another anime. Post-rose Mereum is AT MOST a lower tier S class demon strength in Yu Yu Hakusho. If you want to compare it to DBZ, literally everyone post Saiyan Arc stomps lol.

No way. Sensui was low tier S class. He'd literally vaporize Meruem with the shockwaves of his punches. He would be faster than anyone in the King Piccolo saga, and faster than anyone in 23rd TB due to his haxxed ability, but he can't hurt them. 23rd TB characters would oneshot him. I don't think so. Meruem would be faster than anyone, but I don't think he'd be capable of hurting King Piccolo or Goku. So yeah. :/ Edited by supersaqer, Apr 7 2016, 08:48 PM.

True, I was just being generous, he's an A class demon for sure though. But anything post Dark Tournament would rekt him. And really? You think Dragon Ball characters can take him? What is Goku and Piccolo's powerlevels by the end of DB? Low 300s right? I think Mereum would go toe to toe with 300s. |

Yeah, he would be an A class demon. I'm watching YYH now (Chapter Black Arc). So by the end of it, I'm going to tell you exactly where he ranks in my opinion. Yeah, Goku dodged Piccolo's blast mid-air, which traveled most of the island, in a single panel. The Papaya Island is close to the size of a small continent. Also Goku's Super Kamehameha was stated to be moon level in one of the guidebooks. While Meruem would be faster in his En due to his hax, he has no chance at hurting them. He would get smashed by them. |

Meruem would handle DB characters easily though, his physical strength should WAY surpass theirs. He couldn't go toe to toe in a battle of energy but of fists he wrecks. Remember Killua pushes 64 tons wayyyy at the beginning before any Nen training. And he's just a 12 year old kid(albeit a really strong one) Meruem is pretty much the peak of evolution and far superior to a relatively untrained Killua, even before his final boost. He's probably faster and definitely stronger physically so he should win against basically anyone in DB unless they get lucky with a blast but Meruem is not only fast he's extremely agile with his wings so it's doubtful anyone would hit him. Doesn't matter if DB characters can blow up moons they can still have their necks broken, it doesn't always come down to superior energy attacks. |

I don't quite think so. No, he pushed 16 tons. Post-Chimera Ant arc Killua pushed 64 tons without Nen. He's faster than 23rd TB characters with his technique. His actual speed is lower than theirs. Nah, they would hit him pretty easily if he didn't use his technique right off the bat. Refer to the feats in my post above. Doesn't matter anyway. Their durability is pretty high. They'll tank anything from Meruem easily. |

I doubt he's only that fast. Netero's arms surpassed the speed of sound like 60+ years before the series and at least in that aspect he'd clearly not got weaker, he would have got quite a bit above sound and pre-boost Meruem was only slightly slower than that. Doubt it, energy attacks barely ever hit even characters in DB who can't sense could dodge them most of the time, Meruem can sense them and the obvious energy build up and again his flight agility would make him way too hard to hit. How so? Nobody in DB was dishing out punches that were making massive shockwaves or anything yet they all get hurt by them. I doubt any of them would be able to take the amount of hits from Netero that Meruem did. On top of his physical strength they'd be pretty screwed if he used Gyo or Ko to further enhance his punch and bore right in to their flesh. Not to mention he has his tail which he could use if necessary. |
