Asura is one of the eight demigod generals, tasked with defending the world against the mighty Gohma (their world equivalent to demons). The Demigod generals are INSANELY powerful even in their base forms as you will see soon. They're powered by prayer and technology, no seriously. How that works together I have no idea but it does.

You have a spirit that thirsts for battle. Your name?

...Asura

Grr...

Satisfy my hunger for power, god of wrath!

Do not call me a god!

Episode 1

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Quite the large projectile he 'sploded with his punches.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Splits that ginormous Gohma projectile in two... with explosion on the side because that's how it needs to be.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Manages to take a barrage of these tendril beams that can take out large ships in one shot. He does seemingly get knocked out until his daughter transfers prayer energy to him.

-Asura manages to get moving shortly after, with some powerpuff girls-esque speed.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Gets smashed in-between this large projectile and that tentacle beast, it looks dangerous enough to the point that Yasha thinks Asura might be seriously hurt.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-All Yasha's "saving" managed to do was get Asura pissed at Yasha for putting his nose in where it doesn't belong.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Turns into that after a little bit of prayer juice that he keeps.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Is able to avoid the tendrils even when they come from the side

Spoiler: click to toggle

-A few manage to scratch his back, he shrugs it off like it was nothing and continues towards Vlitra.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-His punches manage to temporarily put down Vlitra for the time being.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Asura survives Vlijra's retaliation blast, although he is knocked out of his six-armed Vajra form.

Episode 2 (Might as well be part of Episode 1)

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Survives Deus' electricity barrage (although he does end up unable to stand on his own)

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Succumbs to atmospheric re-entry and the landing (although he had just barely survived Deus' electricity barrage seconds prior.)

Episode 3

Spoiler: click to toggle

Starts getting angry at the sound of his daughter crying which motivates him to start scaling the tower of Naraka. This feat takes him 12,000 years to accomplish going at the speed you see here.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-12,000 years is apparently nothing age-wise to demigods like Asura.

Episode 4

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Is able to send Wyzen, a relatively powerful foe skidding with a punch (although this is technically a surprise attack and Wyzen is fine right after.) This is a powered up Wyzen from the first time we see him too.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Tosses Wyzen around like a ragdoll.

Episode 5

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Survives Wyzen's fat-ass cannonballing on him.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-As well as his continuous punching.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-And then is able to stop a punch dead in its tracks'.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Proceeds to throw Wyzen up in the air.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Critically damages a HUGE ship, a feat apparently so grandiose that Wyzen's jaw drops. Almost literally.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Tosses Wyzen even FURTHER into the air.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Overpowers Wyzen's special punch

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Sends Wyzen INTO OUTER SPACE, in orbit more specifically it seems.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Wyzen transforms into a version of himself that is larger than Gaia itself.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Asura proceeds to hold up his finger and then destroy him. (This feat ends up destroying all of his arms.)

Episode 6

-Wyzen was the weakest of the seven deities.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Despite having lost all of his arms and destroying a planet sized being... he's still good and ready for another round.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Kick doesn't budge Yasha, although this seems to anger Asura some. He manages to survive getting pimpslapped by Yasha.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Immediately after claiming Asura cannot harm him, Asura manages to cause some movement with his kick.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Gets dropped to his knee after skidding from a well placed elbow. He's still in it for the long haul however.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Continues fighting despite apparently only hurting himself, survives Yasha's slap.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Power rises in multitudes due to his anger. To clarify, goes from not being able to move Yasha, only hurting himself. To full on cracking his visor and sending Yasha flying.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Is finally killed after Yasha splits him down the middle with a mantra-enhanced karate chop. His body going into the magma/lava afterwards.

Episode 7-8

The only real thing of note from Episode 7 to 8 is that it only took Asura 500 years this time around to scale Naraka...

Episode 9

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Kalrow, after thinking he made a sneaky and quick escape, is surprised when Asura not only speedblitzes his escape craft, but crushes him inside of it as well, Killing him. (Oddly enough the explosion causes Asura to lose his six-arm vajra form.

Turns out Episode 10 was just Augus essentially wining and dining Asura to get him fully ready for their fight. The only feats in there are ones of trying to resist temptations of the flesh but ultimately failing after a little liquid courage.

Episode 11

First off, the both of them start off on the moon, the method of which they got up there is not explicitly stated. Although you can guess by the dieties' disdain for Asura (except for Augus who just wants to fight his pupil one last time) and Augus not liking the methods the brainy ones use that they likely flew up there instead of using a ship. So I'm considering that a feat in it of itself. Especially considering the dieties weren't aware they were fighting until it was already happening.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-After getting his punch tanked, Asura is punched by Augus and is sent FAR away. Ultimately it didn't effect Asura much either. Asura does immediately turn six-arm Vajra afterwards. Showing his control over the form and his mantra.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Asura's punch manages to make Augus skid quite aways away. Although he does shrug it off. He then proceeds to match Augus' punches blow for blow.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-ORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORA *ahem* ORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORA!!!

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Is the only other person aside from the strongest of the seven deities that has made Augus draw his blade.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Manages to block and divert Augus' blade, barely. This slash manage to terraform the moon in a major way.

It is notable that during the battle Augus can use incredibly high speed that looks akin to warping.

Spoiler: click to toggle

Asura's punch does noticeable damage. Enough for Augus to decide to use his ultimate technique.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Manages not only to take on the pressures of atmospheric re-entry and landing, but also getting stabbed through the gut by a sword that can pierce right through Gaia itself. And...

Spoiler: click to toggle

Manages to Shatter Augus' blade, catch it in his teeth, and disembowel him.

Episode 11.5 (DLC)

Listen, I'm going to be frank here, if I were to list even half of what happens in this episode I'd be here for about a good hour or two. It's essentially the "How much can Asura do while on his last legs?" episode. The answer... a whole f***ing lot. Due to that, I'm just going to leave the video here for everyone to watch. It's oddly animated and it'll take some getting used to, but once you're set in it's gorgeous eye-candy power-porn.

Spoiler: click to toggle

Episode 12

Spoiler: click to toggle

-What had before taken him 12,000 years, and then 500 years, has now only taken him a few days. (although he does seem to be missing limbs this time around, perhaps he was a little too early? lol.)

Spoiler: click to toggle

-After Olga bombs the city and in the process killing the little girl Asura had been trying to protect, Asura goes berzerk and turns into his wrath form whom's initial powerup destroyed a chunk of Olga's fleet, the shockwaves are also enough to nearly knock Olga off her feet.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-His first little outburst sends shockwaves across the planet. Also you end up fighting the entirety of the fleet soon after this where you're shooting beams and projectiles like no one's business.

Posted Image

Spoiler: click to toggle

-A one handed blast has Olga gritting her teeth and pulling out all of the stops after Asura tears through a LOT of her fleet.

Spoiler: click to toggle

-A four handed blast apparently is so powerful in just it passing by that it shakes Olga's ship to its very core and wipes out... pretty much all of Olga's fleet in space. Which leads to her hastily calling for a retreat.

Episode 13

Spoiler: click to toggle

-Is able to briefly hold off a shot from the Brahmastra, which is imbued with the collected souls of humanity from the past 12,000 years. In fact, they used roughly 3/4's of its power in an attempt to put Asura down... the issue? All it did was weaken him, He's still able to literally one-shot Sergei, who is stronger than Wyzen. Making him literally s*** his pants in fear before he disembowels him.
