Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	Turles in basically all the matches. Turles, even before eating the fruit was battling it out with Goku with a stated PL of 30,000 and skyrocketting and was more than willing to kill an Oozaru Gohan whose PL would have been 100,000 at the time. Whether that's due to his own power, amplification, or whatever, it was clear Turles apparently had the power to kill something with as high a PL as Oozaru Gohan. That alone pretty much puts him well above Vegeta in the first 3 rounds in base alone. As for the last one, I don't recall as its been too long since I've seen the movie but I assume Turles didn't get weaker. Nothing else though, at best (and I personally wouldn't put Vegeta at this point yet anyways) he probably gets just a bit below the likes of Freeza while Turles was essentially stated to be stronger. All in all, not only do I have Turles winning essentially every match here (Unless I've overlooked something) but he probably beats Vegeta's face open.
