In the main story timeline, Android 17 was first killed when he was destroyed along with Cell's initial body, when Cell detonates himself as a last ditch effort to emerge victorious in the Cell Games. He is killed for the second time either by Super Buu's Human Extinction Attack or by Kid Buu's Planet Burst technique. Android 18 was killed only once, when she is turned into chocolate along with Marron, the two being eaten by Super Buu. Being swallowed/absorbed by Cell isn't a kill, since Android 18 was alive when she was regurgitated during Cell Games. Edited by Korppi, Apr 9 2016, 12:46 AM.

If you're taking GT into account, he died 4 times. He was killed by Tambourine in Dragon Ball, by Freeza and Super Buu in Dragon Ball Z and by Super 17 in Dragon Ball GT. There's also Future Kuririn, who was killed by Future Android 17 in the alternate timeline (as seen in Future Trunks' flashback).
