After seeing Super Saiyan Vegeta struggling to even land damage on Magetta I have a feeling that Magetta might beat Frost. Frost may have an attack like the Death Ball that might be able to beat Magetta. I think if this was a fight like the situation Vegeta is in right now I think Frost would lose. But if this was a wide spread battle with plenty of space I think Frost would win.

Like others explained, Magetta was capable enough to fend off a number of SSJ Vegeta's attacks and temporarily hold at bay the Final Flash. Although, if Frost at some point decides to insult Magetta and that causes the metallic alien to lose his confidence then something might be possible. I can't say what since Frost didn't show enough to validate how he would handle this kind of situation. I suppose he could blow up the planet and that's about it.

Although his attacks won't do anything to him if SSJ Vegeta's blows weren't enough. If the barrier rule exists in this fight he murders Frost in an instant, if not he still wins but not quite as easily.

Holding off Vegeta's Final Flash was a very impressive feat. He held that off but Frost couldn't take one punch of Vegeta's. Magetta wins here.
