Pretty much, but the recession made it hard for him to do anything positive financially, so it's not entirely his fault Overall he didn't f* us up too badly and for a Republican he was actually pretty progressive. Definitely not my first choice for president but there's a lot worse out there. Dats all His intention may have been positive, but in politics you need certain set of skills to incorporate them to make every party happy. There are many guys out there that are far worst than Arnold. But dats not the way of comparison especially when it comes to evaluating a good president. He would make slight progression, no doubt. But hardly as effective as Barack Obama dats for sure My 2 cents
