How would you make a perfect video game?

If you were backed up financially by Tony Starks and Black Panther to make the perfect video, how would you go about to achieving this? Stark and T'Challa don't care about the money and the cost, all they want is to win GOTY awards and GOTD (Game of the Decade) and GOTC (Game of the century) awards.

Who would you hire and what writers and programmers or team would you hire? There's no pressure or time limit, just to win the awards.

You're giving me endless power to create the perfect gaming experience, you know that? lol
Anyway, with Stark and T'Challa's money, I'm pretty sure anyone would want to do a game for me, I'd just have to wait for any company to call me and say "I wanna work with you so we can earn billions!" or something. Boom! Perfect game.

Obviously it's more complex than that, but it's funny to think what things I would do with their money, just to create any kind of game that suited me. In all honesty, I'd prefer to have the perfect Spider-Man game combining elements from all previous games, cause all games lacked what others didn't have. I just want the perfect Spidey game.

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

But which company of developers would you want creating your idea game? Or anyone particular as director of your game? i.e Todd who lead Elder scrolls and fallout

What will you do when you get old?

Are all of your threads going to start with "If you were backed up financially by Tony Starks and Black Panther to make the perfect"?

Anyway I'd probably make a game I would want to play, mostly for myself but would make it available for others if they wanted. I'd then use some of that money to make my own award show and name that game "Top game created by me of the century".

I'd make an amazing free roam Doctor Who game. I'd probably have the help of Telltale games since it would be like one of their games. If you make evil choices then the Valeyard eventually appears. But basically you can travel to any well established Doctor Who setting, a few more obscure ones and some original ones made for the game. There would be no order in which you had to save or destroy those worlds but once all the missions are complete then you do get an ending. Also you can take any NPC as a companion with as many as four at a time and you can abandon them anywhere you want to. If you do bad things with a good hearted companion then they eventually leave you.

The types of missions would be various. Annoying escort missions where you need to rescue people, more action ones orientated like Arkham Asylum, investigation and interrogation like LA Noir, spooky mysteries like Silent Hill, a few s***ty driving levels, a lot of chatty stuff like The Walking Dead game and some that feel a bit like Uncharted. Basically everything short of shooters and strategy games.

Instead of regenerating health you get a new randomly generated character model. But if you take too much damage at once then you just die.

Why would you want to go to the past? You can still play it nowadays.

Well I am being asked to make the perfect game, and perfect game is Tetris. So I need to go back in time and just create that first.
