My bad. What I was trying to get across was this; Frost (Full Power) > Piccolo > Frost (Exhausted) When I said 'normally', I meant Piccolo without his Makankosappo. The fact that he was able to dodge Frost's blasts and block his hits shows this much, plus the fact that Frost resorted to his trump card to beat him. |

Breaking his limit when it comes to ki attacks? Sure. Focusing all of his energy to his fingertips doesn't somehow allow him to break his limits, though, that's not how it works at all. |

Ummmmm what do you mean. And if piccolo was stronger without the sbc than goku wouldn't have told him hes screwed and piccolo wouldn't have used the sbc Edited by Timothy, Mar 7 2016, 08:17 PM.

How did Piccolo's Makankosappo give him the power to compete with Frost? Throughout the entire series, we've been told that characters are able to amplify their ki by focusing it into certain parts of their bodies; hands and fingertips mostly. Why would Piccolo charging the Makankosappo suddenly give him a massive power boost when it comes to other parts of his body? |

I guess Because of experience and improved skill. Plus the fact that he probably had nearly all of his ki in that sbc. Sometimes ki is real confusing. Especially kaoiken, controlling all ki allows you to somehow amp it. I say its best when we don't make rules for it and go with what we're given because hey its metaphysics in anime |

He's not about as strong as Piccolo. Before Piccolo fought Frost he asked Goku if he stood a chance and Goku's response was "of course not." The fight between Piccolo vs Frost was Piccolo winning only by strategy and stalling. Frost is far stronger than Piccolo. |
