Because this movie deserves its own thread.
Though it probably already had one.

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

It's a great film, even if Batman was unable to move his neck.

Definitely the most atmospheric Batman movie I've seen. The action and story ain't nothing special but the presentation and atmosphere really carried the movie for me. I enjoyed myself watching this.

Not a problem, he looks badass nevertheless.

I love that movie. Only problem imo is Keaton is too ugly to play Bruce Wayne, him as Batman was great.

Er... Your standards for beautiful people must be quite high if you think Keaton at that moment was ugly.

I agree with Darker, even then it's Bruce Wayne not Dick Grayson, he doesn't have to be the most handsome man ever to play Bruce.

Amusingly, even Christian Bale's Batman couldn't move his neck until The Dark Knight.

Does it really matter that he has to move his neck? The design for Batman in this movie is perfect.

Of course not, it's just funny.

Although the yellow symbol just wasn't doing it for me. This obviously isn't a super-realistic take on Batman, but wearing yellow on your ninja suit just makes no sense and looks silly.

I liked the way he was written, but Michael Keaton's portrayal could have been better.

He's a comic book character. He needs to have a symbol, even if it looks like a bullseye.

To be fair I think Batman's symbol in the DCAU was fine. No yellow was really needed.

But yeah, I'm fairly certain that most of the Batman's greatness came in atmosphere, it wasn't particularly logical I suppose, but it had the feeling of Batman.

As a comic book movie, it made a lot of changes for the better and had fun with its story. The ambiance is great, but it's not the best thing in the movie, the characters are. Also the score.

And Tinny, DCAU Batman HAD the symbol. In TAS, at least. It fits the entire design, as his belt is also yellow. It doesn't stick out as much, and besides, in the movie, Batman's symbol is mostly hidden beneath Batman's cape.
