Greetings. I will be your waifu this season.

I'm not putting it in the flash player because it shows an image that kinda ruins it.

Not going to pretend I found it on my own, found it from Boogie2988's YouTube channel, specifically this video:

You could watch either I guess.

If you are someone overweight struggling to make changes to your life, hopefully one of these moves you.

Generally quite the emotionless machine here but these almost brought a tear to my eye and certainly made me feel a lot, hoping they inspire me to actually do something. I'm lucky enough to not be as big as either of those guys but I'm definitely stuck in the "I can't change how I live" mind set which is incredibly hard to get out of.

So anyway yeah if you're struggling to lose weight or just generally change yourself for the better, hopefully either of these speak to you.

For me Boogie's reaction to what he himself will hopefully achieve struck a chord with me and I only just subscribed to him yesterday.

Great video. It is hard to eat and drink right when everyone around you eats and drinks bad and looks at you weird when you don't want soda or meat.
I haven't had soda for years now, besides a ramune about a year ago. but i am offered soda all the time. i have to repeat my self over and over. "i don't drink soda" but i'm used to it, i hate bologna, the only time i ate it was when i was little, about 4 or 5 and it had to be cooked or fried. when i got a little older, maybe 8-10 years old, it made me sick to the stomach. i have had to say many times i don't like bologna to the same people. it has slowed down in the past few years though. but yeah, i know how it can be. the culture around you makes a big difference. its no wonder America has a lot of over weight people, when bad food and drink is a part of the culture. no thanks.
if you want to drop some weight fast, drop the soda, red meat and dairy milk.

Yeah it sure seems like it can be a hard thing to get out of in America, every time you go round a street corner there's a new billboard "Try the new ULTIMATE McTASTY WHOPPER" in a picture that looks just so damn good.

I think what people kind of fail to consider is that overeating is completely and utterly an addiction, it's not simply being greedy people can't just stop in the same way a heroin addict can't no matter how much they see the drug destroying their body.
All the advertisements for food and such surely don't help.

Perhaps food isn't quite as detrimental as heroin or meth when it comes to quantity but drug addicts don't have to see "TRY THE NEW ULTRA MAX HEROIN "duuuude" EDITION" billboards everywhere tempting them.

I wonder if all these fast food advertisements in America should just be banned?
They're deliberately designed to appeal to the senses and kind of trick you in to wanting it, even though you know the actual product will look like someone sat on the real thing for an hour.

It is of course up to the individual whether or not they succumb but with obesity and thus addiction rates so high, it's kind of stupid that this kind of advertising is everywhere. Surely the burden obesity puts on the healthcare system isn't worth it?

So have you seen the ridiculous hardys/carls jr. commercials? they try to sexualize the food by having women eat it, sloppily.
i remember seeing those commercials and thinking "no thanks"

Truly is a great video. I don't have a real weight problem myself, just a little extra baggage around the midsection, but i am out of shape. Perhaps this could help make me desire to get back in shape, but do it the right way, not making myself a twig like last time.

Gearfried what's wrong with a little red meat?

I should have said processed meat. or any processed food. http://authoritynutrition.com/why-processed-meat-is-bad/

I do remember something about to much red meat being hard on your liver or something.

Oh yeah, anything processed is really bad for you. Oh okay but to be honest too much of anything is bad for you. Balance is critical.

Yeah too much water can pretty much "flood" you I believe. Also can thin your blood a lot, which can have adverse effects.

Yeah I'm in the same boat, I just can't bring myself to alter my lifestyle even if it might give me the energy to be active and enjoy life more.

Boogie's reaction to seeing the dude's transformation got to me a bit. "They're both trying, why can't I?"

That's still mulling over in my brain, hopefully it goes somewhere

And yeah food adverts are ridiculously misleading.
The funny thing is that if McDonald's burgers looked like they did in the adverts I bet all that tomato and lettuce would actually make a healthy meal.
Instead you get lettuce that feels like wet paper with green paint on it and mushy...tomatoes? I guess, they're red but I'm not sure they're tomatoes.

With all the health nuts out there interesting that there isn't a healthy fast food alternative getting popular, they could stand to make tons of money. Guess the big ones destroy any competition they might have.
