Like, having Ryu above Iron Fist and Akuma nearly on par with Galactus.

Galactus has several attacks from different energy sources, lika plasma, fire, gamma rays, etc. That's why Galactus is on 7, which means: "Virtually unlimited command of all forms of Energy Projection." Akuma's control over energy attacks is super limited, he shouldn't have a 7 AT ALL. On MvC3 they decided to put him on par with freaking Dormammu.
