Marvel’s first All-New All-Different comic event will be Civil War II and will kill a hero
Quote:

In preparation for welcoming new readers to Marvel superhero comics and exciting long time fans with the first new-continuity crossover event, the Marvel brain trust of writers and executives have begun to plot Civil War II for this spring.
The comic book event that started it all took place in 2006 and 2007 and featured the whole of the Marvel comic book superhero universe choosing sides over the Superhero Registration Act. The idea was that after a large cataclysmic event with many civilian casualties, the United States government decides to regulate America’s superheroes like a police force or branch of government. Tony Stark supported the idea while Captain America didn’t and the other heroes rallied around either side.
The core book, a seven-issue miniseries just called “Civil War,” was written by Mark Miller and and penciled by Steven McNiven. The intricate style McNiven used caused delays for issues four through seven and because the entire Marvel line of comics was involved, that ended up delaying the many Civil War tie-in comics, stretching the event out longer than anticipated. The same thing is happening right now with Marvel’s big crossover event, Secret Wars, but this time it’s writer Jonathan Hickman that looks to be the person slowing things down.

Tony Stark and Steve Rogers killed each other before Battleworld (they are okay now, though we don’t know how yet), and now we have Falcon as Captain America, Miles Morales and Peter Parker as Spider-Man and a new Korean-American Hulk! It’s All-New, it’s All-Different…or is it?

A mysterious new Marvel character comes to the attention of the world, one who has the power to calculate the outcome of future events with a high degree of accuracy,” according to the synopsis printed by NY Daily News. “This predictive power divides the Marvel heroes on how best to capitalize on this aggregated information, with Captain Marvel leading the charge to profile future crimes and attacks before they occur, and Iron Man adopting the position that the punishment cannot come before the crime.”

Stop the big events please. We don't need a BIG Marvel changing the status quo and the fate of Marvel every year...Secret Wars JUST ended after 9 months. Now another marvel changing story?

Cuz Marvel wanna shake things up again. After shaking things up.

This event will change marvel forever!

Seriously Marvel getting lazy with its big events. Just have every superhero have their own.."big event*. Instead of making them join up.

The Lord of the Dark

They should go back to Secret Wars and bring back Beyonder being über.

Unlike the other Civil War, I'm voting for Iron Man now. I've never liked Ms Marvel, even when she wore her not-so-practical better costume.

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

Is everyone working on this on the same page in regards to this civil war now at least?

Idek. I don't know what the heroes will fight over now. Why people taking captain marvel side?

Will Mary Jane take Iron Man or Spidey side?
