Stomp fights like this one are fine.![]() But stomp fights like this one aren't. Because in the end it's going to take some Deus Ex Machina to take out the main bad guy. ![]() However this one was fine.

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?! Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power. | |

Budokai 3's opening also had a pretty cool fight, despite having Broly fighting Gogeta. |

My favourite kind of fights are the ones that are "just a fight"

Meh Super 13 just isn't to my taste, I'll take the roided up Saiyan over the orange haired, blue-skinned bridge troll who's been at the gym. |

I think my favorite kind of fights are the ones where the hero seems to loose at first. Like Gohan vs Cell or Gohan vs Bojack. Gohan didn't stand a chance but then something lead him to unleash his true power. Like the Goku vs Freeza fight. Freeza was stronger than Goku, Freeza killed Krillin and Goku became SSJ

I enjoy completely one-sided fights like Old Daimao vs. Goku, or Gohan vs. Cell/Evil Boo, etc... |

I like seeing some strategy implemented, which usually only happens when the protagonist is the disadvantaged party. Fights where the antagonist is disadvantaged but still strong enough to put up a compelling fight are also worthwhile. I don't particularly care for one-sided fights. There's no suspense and no real reason for me to invest in it. |

I like it when the battle is fifty fifty. It's better because then it fees like the victory could've gone either way. Especially when the last move is some badass last ounce of strength new technique. Gohan vs Cell is one example. |

All 3 can be good given the right scenario though I like it when the hero beats down on the villain after previously getting whooped by said villain. Equal fights are also really fun to watch as well. |

I like it when at first the hero is getting the crap kicked out of them, but then the hero comes back and it becomes an even fight. I truly wish we could have gotten SS Kakarrot VS. 100% Frieza without the whole Namek exploding and Dragon Ball thing. I believe Kakarrot would've still won, but I think the outcome would've been completely different than what we got. |
