Chrome, Edge Favourite Manga Wizard's Soul ~Holy War of Love~	Silver Surfer is far faster and likely stronger as well. In terms of draining he can also drain quite well, so I don't see Solus pulling that stunt working out nearly as well as with Cosmic Spidy.

Google Chrome	Solus mentioned his hunger having no end. Could be a hyperbole(and likely is) but wouldn't that give him the edge in a drain fight? Of course this really depends on whether or not Solus's absorption of life force would work on the Power Cosmic

Especially with the cosmic powers, if drained, can Silver Surfer replenish his power because the connection to the source (Galactus) is still there?

Cosmic Power! Seriously though how is Solus even supposed to see Surfer coming? He is FAR faster than Cosmic Spidey, and I don't even think Cosmic Spidey ever got the chance to show off his speed when Solus drained him.

Google Chrome	The Enigma Force was pretty hax too, didn't really work out too well for Cosmic Spidey though. In regards to their fight, Cosmic Spidey had time to react, Solus however was quicker Cosmic is doing some hand motions in front of Solus, and Solus just grabs him out of it.

Who's the dude who writes these dudes to be so unbelievably powerful? Bram Stoker? Anyway, again with the "faster than spidey sense" vampires, pretty sure Surfer is far faster than that and even if he drained Surfer, it would take him a while. And Surfer isn't going to just stand there while a bearded mosquito tries to suck all of his power when he can just obliterate him with the Power Cosmic. Even without the need of energy attacks, he physically outmatches him by a lot.

Google Chrome	It's a case of Rock Paper Scissor with the Inheritors Other>Solus>Power Cosmic>Other(etc.) I do think the Surfer wins because Solus could not handle extreme power well. He was bleeding power everywhere and wasting it constantly
