Google Chrome	Given how long, strong, and tricky these arms will be, I can see him getting very far. The comic arms are incredibly fast too, making this even more difficult for the DB guys. That being said, he is cocky enough to get Devilmited to death or something like that.

Google Chrome	True, I'm just saying his squishy body does not lend itself to surviving hax very well. I'm also not sure how a Kamehameha would work on the arms. Would it explode on them or would the unblocked parts of the beam fly through the gaps?
