I feel that Naturally Sandy is going to be the better manipulator. But Gaaray's sand likely can't be assymilated, especially mixed in with the gold. That. Well that and most Kage have fuinjutsu, sealing techniques. I kinda see Garaa and Flint going at it for a while and eventually Garaa captures and seals him, then assymilates his sand as part of his own. Otherwise eventually even Kage Garaa is gonna get tired. And technically Sand Imperial Funeral and Sand Sheri Ken's can't kill Flint. If he still had Shukaku it think the Wind Style that Shukaku uses would work, but not on the full powered Flint Marlo, who's largely gotten over his water issues and Controls his density like a boss. Only issue I see is that Garaa does have a lot of stamina and large Chakra reserves being a (former) jinchuriki demon Container. So he can stay on the Absolute Defensive for a while. And I find Absolute defense more effective than Spider sense. Plus Garaa has other ninja arts like body flicker and such to keep him moving. After a long, long, painful fight I give it to Gaara.

Google Chrome	He doesn't really have to punch through it, just have a part of himself get inside of the sand shield and then attack from the inside of it
