Google Chrome	That was in his Smythe upgrade, he generally cannot. What he does have is enough gravity manipulation to restrain SpOck and the usual sharp wings.

He whipped SpOck's a*** and had him on the verge of death until SpOck blinded him with bright lights. Falcon's edges are going to have to be speed or skill, because he's definitely not going to outmuscle Vulture in his black suit.
