I thought he hits with the force of a star. In the case even if he was faster than them I don't think he has enough fire power to really hurt the god tier

They'll just be status (or as fast as) by the time Flash is done with them, a win by incapacitating the opposing party. You don't need firepower to win. Also iirc correctly he was faster than teleportation using everyone on Earth running (and thus generating kinetic energy) as a sort of beacon (correct me if I'm wrong). So yeah. The DB guys are slow AF.

If so then it should exist in DB Verse regardless but even if not going by the rules it has to. Don't see how he could lose nobody in DB hits with the force of a star unless you think the Beerus and Goku clash makes any sense and is pure strength based. They lose to split durability or Flash just phasing his arm through their head and displacing their brain. Is this the Flash that can perceive events that happen in less time than an Attosecond? 'cause he roflstomps if so. In a singlae second light can go around the Earth around 7.5 times. In a single Attosecond light wouldn't have even traveled from one end of a molecule to the other. Their speed would be a joke to him.

I'm asking about what about the white dwarf that is being compared to, is he hitting as hard as a stationary white dwarf? A mobile white dwarf? One is vastly different than the other.
