Goku's training on Kaiosama's planet didn't last too long, but his power went up multitudes due to the conditions there. So how fast was goku then compared to after his training with king Kai then? He was Mach 29 after right?

What would it be his first time on snake way? 177 days would barely even be super sonic right?
