What if cell live and he trained for the 7 years gap like goku?; How strong would he be?

What would be his reaction towards super buu? If cell know that buu is stronger would he still try fight him or will he train to match him

 I'd say cell would be around Fat Buu tier, I see him making greater gains than vegeta but due to not having access to other world like goku i dont see him reaching ss3 tier.

Cell would get destroyed by Super Buu and become his source of intelligence.
