So, there is something I don't reall understand ...

In one episode, I believe it was during the Namek Saga, someone said, that the wishes Shenron oder Polunga fullfil, can't be beyond the creators power..

So if Shenron can revive people or bring back planets etc etc, does that mean Kami can too?

And if yes, why doesn't he ever do it?

滅Are you frightened?

He resorted Shenron (bringing something back to life and restored the moon. I guess Shenron can better perform those feats though since it's magic is more channeled or akin to that IMO.

Probably not, neither the Grand Elder or Moori can teleport people or revive the dead when Porunga can do it just fine. I personally think the whole power thing is only relevant when it comes to affecting beings of higher power than the creator, otherwise it's just the skill level of the creator.

Remember, Kami made the Dragon Balls based on some vague knowledge he had in the back of his head. Dende, the Grand Elder and Moori were all quite a bit more knowledgeable about the finer arts of the devices.
