Hmmm.... does anyone here actually support GoChi (Goku x Chi-Chi)?

 .... or Krillin x 18 (which was getting more attention lately) for that matter?

Toei doesn't seem to anymore (outside maybe the 1st ending). There's so little actual interaction between them in Super compared to VegBul and Godel (which are giving s***loads of scenes). Even Krillin x 18 seems to have more interaction... hell, Goku is shown talking to Bulma more.

Could it be the other pairings are more popular in Japan currently?

Anyways, any down with this pairing? I'm interested...

 I believe this is because both Goku and ChiChi by this point have become stereotypical.They also don't have any depth in terms of their characters now. I mean Goku at least had some depth and Character development uptill Cell Arc but after that it was all downhill for him (and most of the other characters). In the case of chi chi I believe her fate was even worse. She went downhill from namek saga.

Yes Its unfortunate that there are no Goku and ChiChi scenes in Super currently.At least in Z there were some scenes. It's just sad to see so many characters getting out of character. But then I suppose this is what you get if you keep beating a dead horse.

 Goku and Chi Chi don't have much depth to their relationship.

In essence, it seems that Goku uses Chi Chi to cook for him and Chi Chi harvests his sperm (to be candid...not). Neither of them really seem to love each other like Gohan and Videl or Vegeta and Bulma; and both seem to use each other for support.

To put it into perspective, if Chi Chi just decided one day she was going to leave Goku for another guy who actually treated her like a woman, I don't think Goku would really care to be honest.

 I am ambivalent towards it. It's just so...underdeveloped.

Gohan x Videl is much better

 It seems pretty clear to me that Chi-Chi stopped caring for Goku when he gave her Gohan. Then again, she cared for Goku when he was ill during the Android saga. I guess it's rebuttal for Goku only caring about training and fighting. Chi-Chi should have a lot of credit for making Gohan a caring person for Videl, she's definitely the source of his kindness.
