Google Chrome	I like to think he used all his Ki along with his life force to tank an incoming moon sized comet from impacting his homeworld on short notice. The collision killed him but saved his world.

The series never said anything about being able to keep your younger body when you are in Otherworld. However, it never said anything against it either. The problem is everyone died young. If we saw Master Roshi in Otherworld, for example, it would answer the question.
	We Super Saiyans are in a league of our own.
