What Browser do you use? Google Chrome, Internet Explorer.	I know he's not overpowered in Infinite World and the Raging Blast games but in every other game (notably Budokai 3) he's easily one of the best to play as. Decent combat potential, is quite visceral and varied, can deal a great amount of damage, and has one of the best special/super moves pool. In what game was he not overpowered?

Google Chrome	Cell's OPness comes from the life drain in the 3D games. He's not OP in Ultimate Tenkaichi, though that is because that is arguably the most balanced game(for the wrong reasons)

No way, that cell is pretty weak , no combo hard to do the chou KHH basically weak.
