Who's da better villain?

I know Piccolo/Ma.Junior himself has referred himself as Piccolo Daimou (he's the re-incarnation after all!!)

In terms of villainism, who was the most imposing guy?

My pick is Demon King Piccolo Daimou (Young)

He has this sinister & evil air about him. His actions & goals were better imo

Snatchin DB's
Killing off every Tenkaichi Budoikai fighter
Acheiving his youth & finishin off Shenron once his wish was granted
Plans for world-domination bu spreading devilish & hatred-fueled propagandas
Terrorizing the world by randomly destroying cities during his anniversary

On top of all these, his seiyuu (who also voiced Ninja Murasaki) killed it with his performance.

Thoughts?

Piccolo Jr was far less about being evil, and more about being a prick who swore revenge on his rival. For that reason alone, KP was the better villain.

I did enjoy the political underpinnings of King Piccolo's rule when he usurped the original king. It wasn't just a matter of taking over the world, he actively sought to cripple the stability and infrastructure of human civilisation itself by abolishing its enforcement officers like the police. In a way, King Piccolo could be perceived as an anarcho-freedom fighter, except that he was doing it under the pretext of wanting them to live in terror and to eventually exterminate all of humankind.

Piccolo Jr seemed to hold a more watered down opinion of taking over the world that was influenced in part by his desire for vengeance against Goku for the death of his father. His objectives were of a more personal nature which he did in fact accomplish, if only for a year.
