Google Chrome	Going off hype, G1 should be lots more powerful than the Bay universe. The Bay series Transformers are a lot weaker. So long as G1 Megatron isn't jobbing for the sake of plot, he should win easily.

The jobbing starts when the movie comes out and Unicron turns him into Galvatron. But yeah, I'd say G1 could take it. Considering Baytron is bigger and possibly faster, I thought that might've given him an edge.

Google Chrome	Movie Transformers are just kind of fragile, that's all. They're strong, quick, and generally competent, it's just that they're kind of made of tissue paper since characters die left and right instead of having to continue for the next episode

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	Can't see how he'd win really his fire power isn't all that. In G1 you can kill a Transformer fairly easily you don't really need to shoot them in a specific area like the Spark in Bayformers. His lasers would probably just go through Bay Megatron and not do much damage unless they happened to hit the Spark in a fatal way. Bay Megatron has that cannon thing which launched Optimus like 30-40m away pretty massive impact there don't remember the other Megatron tanking anything major like that. Jet form Megatron should win, tank form might lose since he has a lot less mobility.

Google Chrome	IDK much about G1, I just heard everyone harping on about how awesome G1 Megatron is compared to Bay Megatron and how all the Transformers were nerfed. What's G1 Megatron done anyway?

Mozilla Firefox	I don't really know much about G1, but Bayformers Megatron slams face-first into entire military submarines deep under the surface and sends it flying right out of the water without slowing down. Also, he takes hits from tank cannons and doesn't really take actual damage, but simply gets pushed back. @lazerbem: Well, people love to bash on Bayformers movies in general, so of course they would keep going on and on about how "awesome" G1 is. I must be one of the rare beings that don't.

In fact the actual Bay movies aren't that bad compared to the cheesy, repetitive and overall generic 80s cartoon. The movie was just slightly more mature, but ironically it didn't make the franchise more popular. After that the show basically killed the entire franchise. Until Beast Wars(the REAL cool show) appeared and resurrected it. Anyway. Some of G1 Megatron's feats include: Stalemating Grimlock in dinosaur form and defeated the Dinobots all by himself, defeated Optimus Prime many times (though he later lost to him because... plot.), killed Ironhide with his fusion cannon, he lifted and threw many Autobots and Decepticons(sizes vary from 1 to +20 tons), who arguably weigh more than most Bayformers, and overpowered Starscream who is already shown to be quite powerful in the pilot episode where he destroys a section of a small mountain.
