Google Chrome	Man-Bat is in his strongest state and has to do two rounds. First around is against Adrian Toomes(with magnetic abilities, sharp wings, and all that jazz). Second is against Jimmy Natale Vulture. Battle ground is around a skyscraper with plenty of metal antennas and rods(for Adrian to fling)

James would also win, but it would be thanks to his acid. On a straight up fight without it he would lose fast.
