Permanently deceased characters?

Ignoring all the villains who died for good in the series?

When I mean permanently dead I mean they died once and stayed dead rather than being unable to be revived by Shenlong.

The only ones I know are #16 and the Z-Senshi (save for Trunks) from the Alternate Timeline.

Grandpa Gohan, the farmer Raditz killed, the Namekians Vegeta killed, Guru was revived so he doesn't count, the various Supreme Kais, Chiaoztu's relevance...I think that's it. There might be more but most of the people who stayed dead weren't significant unless they were villains.

There's Grandpa Gohan from before the series began. Also, the fate of those Namekians whom Vegeta slaughtered were never made clear, I think. They may have remained permanently dead. Other than that, likely no one notable from DB has remained dead. The concept just doesn't exist when you have the Dragonballs to rectify all of your problems. It's a serious flaw of the series and I wish the writers would address it. The overusage of the Dragonballs and their corruption is one of the few good ideas to come from GT, I must admit.

Elder Kai did mention it before GT, but they didn't listen.

Mutaito-sama

The epic Sensei of Roshi.

The anime really handled his scenes well, esp the atmosphere.

Wish he was ressurected some time later in the show, cuz he's just tooo cool to be wasted.

Oh well, guess Supa is too buzy w***ing Beerus-sama, da epic rabbit/cat hybrid

My Dear Melancholy,

Didn't Gero kill some people and perhaps Cell killing the islands?

I wasn't too fond of the scene when Mutaito was depicted as being stronger than Goku, even though this was Goku post-King Piccolo.

Oh, that was filler man

Mutaito-sama was no where near Goku-Post Piccolo Daimou Arc

Mutaito-sama invented Mafuba & discovered chi too if im not wrong

To have such ancient, yet epic character being conpletly ignored irks me tbh

Everyone Dende wished back when he wished everyone killed by Frieza and his men. They would re-appear in space then die from lack of oxygen.
