I'll introduce this concept: Make a new topic and ask for reference an unpopular existing topic so that other members can give constructive reasons as to why the topic was unpopular and what could be done (if anything) to refine the topic (i.e. member may think that a topic is too wordy, and elaborates concerning wordiness; i.e. the topic may not have been interesting enough; it seemed to over-maticulate something simple. i.e. grammatical error may be an issue for a member; i.e. tl;dr).
