滅Are you frightened?

Before I question what I wanted answered, I will show a post that caught my eye:

Dark Matter

Dai Kaioshin's impact on Fat Boo makes him weaker. While Fatty has more potential inside of him than Kid Boo, because of the effect of Dai Kaioshin on Boo's heart, Fat Boo is unable to reach into that deep reservoir of power. It's the exact opposite with Super Boo. He, being majority made up of evil, Dai Kaioshin's effect are at a minimum.

Now I'm curious, if only Dai Kaioshin was the only Kaioshin between Buu's victims (said Kaioshin and South Kaioshin) that restrained Buu of his power due to him being gentle natured or pure of heart, why didn't this apply with the other Kaioshin? I believe that it's made clear during the Babidi portion of the Buu saga that Majin group couldn't use East Kaioshin or Kibito's energy for whatever reasons, most likely cause they're pure. But when it came to explaining how Babidi's mind control works, they mention that they have better odds of not being controlled cause they're pure of heart and free of evil desires etc.

Now I'm generalizing here on, but I thought all of the Kaioshin were pure of heart just like Dai Kaioshin? And if that weren't the case, couldn't Babidi taken control of South Kaioshin since he wasn't pure enough I guess I should say?

And lastly, do you think the reason South Kaioshin's purity didn't impact Buu like Dai's cause his strength was a more prominent trait compared to his pure of heart?

It could be that the Dai Kaioshin had the purest heart in the universe, or something along the lines of that. I mean he was the highest ranking God in the 7th universe right?

I know he was the highest for the Gods of Creation, I don't know about overall. But that there is a likely explanation. Thanks for answering.
