Vader's fist will win, they have the resources of the Empire, the tech, the training, the experience, they're responsible for victory on multiple battles, both under Skywalker and Vader. Death watch by comparison are terrorists, at best they hold superior moral but I doubt they even get that. 501st takes this easy.

Super Saiyan among Super Saiyans

I have no idea how big the 501st is in TCW, because the show never shows the full number in any battle.

We do know that Death Watch are highly trained Mandalorian commandos. Their leader was able to give Obi-Wan and Darth Maul a good fight. The De Army or not, the 501st face a big challenge by taking on Death Watch.
We Super Saiyans are in a league of our own.

The 501st were good enough to take down Jedi, other than Pre Vesula Death Watch didn't look that good.

In Season 2, two Mandalorians knocked Obi-Wan unconscious.

In Season 5, a group of Mandalorians, admittedly by double-crossing, made Maul and Savage surrender

I missed a bit of season 2 but Maul and Savage were playing Death Watch. Plus there is a lot more of the 501st.
