You'd lose weight in the first two months....But you wouldn't lose the amount that you're hoping to lose, losing weight takes time and patience. Keep thinking about the end result and how you'd look in the next five months or so. What you're doing is admirable and you will see the fruits that your labour bore soon enough. Good luck. Never give up

If you want to lose weight you're going to need to break a few barriers. In the way you worded your post I can see a very large barrier that most people have and that prevents most people from actually losing weight. "really fast in one or two months" You need to start with getting this idea out of your mind, if there is an easy and quick way to lose weight nobody would be fat. Losing weight is hard and takes time. You need to be willing to sacrifice time and effort before you think about losing weight. That said I'm not going to surprise you with these tips, but keep in mind they are the best tips anyone can give you: Eat healthy, Stay away from sugar, Be active, Don't give up. Depends how much fat you already have and how much you want to lose. I managed to lose almost 20 lbs in two months a few yrs ago, but I was on point with everything and stressed over very minute things. That's a bit over 2 lbs per week. A healthy range is about 1-2 lbs a week, and it's just not worth it imo to feel like crap for an extra few lbs. A small portion of the loss was probably lean mass as well. 1. Try to stay away from fast food 2. Stop drinking soda 3. Caloric deficit. You NEED to be a in a caloric deficit to lose weight period. Hell you could eat anything you want and lose weight if you're in a caloric deficit. It'll be harder but just saying 4. Do some cardio 5. Wake up in the morning and go a on a walk before you eat anything 6. Weight training might help because the more muscle you have the faster you burn fat 7. If you have a sugar craving and want sweets, go eat a fruit and drink some water 8. Try to stay active. Do not make the gym the only time you're active Edited by Ssj3vegito96, Sep 12 2015, 03:05 PM.

Keyboard Warrior 1. A Person who, being unable to express his anger through physical violence (owning to their physical weakness, lack of bravery and/or conviction in real life), instead manifests said emotions through the text-based medium of the internet, usually in the form of aggressive writing that the Keyboard Warrior would not (for reasons previously mentioned) be able to give form to in real life. 2. Keyboard Warriors are generally identified by unneccessary rage in their written communications, and are regarded as 'losers' by other virtual identities on the internet. | |

You also have to know that there are different type of bodies. One can lose fat faster than the other, one can gain weight at a faster pace, another has hard time building muscle..etc I recommend that you exercise regularly and be on a diet. Stop soft drinks, or junk foods. That's all I have to say. |
