Keyboard Warriors, Everywhere.

As the title says, is it an amazing thing or a terrible thing? I find it harder and harder to work without it and I feel great while I am on it, however, if like today I don't have a drop I feel so awful it's crazy, does this mean that it's bad? What do you think |
|
Keyboard Warrior 1. A Person who, being unable to express his anger through physical violence (owning to their physical weakness, lack of bravery and/or conviction in real life), instead manifests said emotions through the text-based medium of the internet, usually in the form of aggressive writing that the Keyboard Warrior would not (for reasons previously mentioned) be able to give form to in real life. 2. Keyboard Warriors are generally identified by unneccessary rage in their written communications, and are regarded as 'losers' by other virtual identities on the internet. | |

That sounds like you're addicted to it. I don't drink coffee. Don't like the taste. I drink Coke, which I think has caffeine in it, and eat chocolate, but not enough that it has a massive impact on me. I'd say it's fine in small doses, but if you're drinking so much of it that you become dependent on it to function and you have withdrawal effects when you don't consume it, like you mentioned, then it's a bad thing. |

I literally only drink coffee when I don't have enough rest, which is rare. When I drink coffee, I feel good and I've seen (some) increase to my physical performance, be it less than significant to barely any at all. |

I'm very addicted to caffeine. So much so that if I don't have a few mg of it before noon, i'll have a terrible headache the rest of the day. A cup of coffee will do. Any kind. I prefer a full Monster Rehab though. Specifically the Peach Tea kind, only because it doesn't taste like gummy worms and isn't carbonated/ has 3g of sugar in it. The B6/ B12/ Niacin combo does the trick too. I feel on top of my game after I've had one. The feeling lasts all day. The caffeine in a Rehab has about twice the amount of a cup of coffee. If I don't have some as soon as I wake up, and I skip that routine, I immediately go looking for it driving to work or at work. I know that in order to give up the addiction, I have to settle with headaches for several days to become adjusted. I'd rather not. |

meh, i dont drink coffee much, energy drinks can be okay, but pop is cool overall dont drink too much unless its like pop with a meal as for caffeine itself its not good, nothing really is in high quantities but caffeine can be pretty harmful if you have it a lot |

Coffee does absolutely nothing to me... I don't get why, a small can of Red Bull gives me tons of energy and like an hour long buzz but a whole pint of coffee with many spoonful's of actual coffee merely makes me sleepy I think caffeine is great but like...well almost anything it's bad if you're addicted to it and it certainly seems easy to get addicted to. Most likely because a lot of people have sleeping problems, depression, thyroid problems and the like leaving them with a lack of energy. Not a fan of how 90% of energy drinks seem to taste the same... |

I never drink coffee, and don't plan to start the habit, I have enough headaches as is. Honestly the one time I remember trying it I had to stop myself from spitting it out. So I think I'd say terrible

Yeah most kinds I've tried are fairly vile. I find that with a lot of vices... Alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, other examples I can't remember. It all tastes like a***...surely it doesn't taste like strawberries to other people on the first go? It puzzles me why people subject themselves to horrible tastes until they start to enjoy or can bear it. |

I love drinking coffee too, but like others have said, withdrawals are awful. It helps me concentrate though, and it tastes pretty good most the time, which is why I drink it. I've found that I'm much better at things like Tetris and rhythm games when I drink it. |

Alot of people that drink coffee don't drink it raw lol, I feel bad for the person that does that (although I imagine they get used to the bitterness after awhile.) Alot of people add milk and sugar, or just coffee creamer. |

I take it with milk and still find it ih just doesn't have a pleasant flavour to it, I'd much rather hot chocolate Same with alcohol I always thought wine was going to be this amazingly fruity juice that makes you drunk but nope...pretty much vinegar... |

I don't drink coffee, but I have grown up drinking lots of soda. I've always had a dependency on caffeine and I've been cutting myself back lately. I rarely have soda anymore, and only have a little sweet tea during the day either with a meal or as a treat. I make it with very little sugar so it's low on calories too compared to sodas. The part of me that has always desired caffeinated beverages would say that it's awesome, but now that I'm struggling to get away from it, I have to say it's awful. |
