Aside from the obvious things like 'lol', 'wtf' etc, are there any words you use a lot when typing, but not when speaking?

I realised I use 'awesome' when I type, but it's not something I ever say when I'm talking to people. Not sure why that is.

I don't think there's any word I type that I don't use while speaking. Since I'm always talking in spanish, a random english word is fun to say every once in a while.

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

Native Spanish speakers are my favorite internet people.

I use a much wider and more vibrant vocabulary online than I do in real life because I'd go out of my mind trying to explain certain words and concepts to my friends, who love to try and make you look stupid by reversing their own ignorance onto you.

I actually use a pretty similar level of vocabulary if I'm speaking. The only difference is that when I'm typing I have more time to think through what I want to say, so I'll stretch my vocabulary more frequently on here. But when I'm speaking, if a word comes to mind I'll use it without wondering whether people will know what it means. If they don't, I'm happy to explain.

The only difference in my speech is that in person I use a lot of slang with my friends that I wouldn't actually type out. If I'm not using slang, it is exactly the same as on here or anywhere.

My Dear Melancholy,

I speak less words online than IRL tbh. An example would be like the OP the word "awesome". Idk that word sounds childish xD

Lots of extra swearing when I'm around friends.
But as a kid, you can't not swear in Dutch, there's just too many swear words

i guess it's about the same. it depends on who i'm speaking to and what we're talking about. i'm going to use a lot of jargon if i'm talking about big ppl things, but i also use slang if i'm just talking about trivial things.
actually, i think it's more the other way: i say words in person that i don't use online.
