Is there a shopping site that sells PC parts that accepts international cards/paypal with a different billing address than the shipping address? I know Amazon does, but I feel that their tax is just too much.

The problem though that the site gives you other sites where the part you chose is cheapest, so I'd be ordering from multiple sites at once. Not all of the sites accept international cards and billing addresses different from the shipping address. I might as well go with Amazon even with their taxing tax.

Have you tried Newegg? If that works the same as PCpartpicker you may just have to go with amazon unfortunately. The high tax is better than the risk of getting a jacked up part. But definitely Newegg if it will let you.

I have tried it, but it requires your shipping address to be the same as your billing address. I have an international card that I would obviously ship to my US address. The only reliable source that I found was Amazon.

Thanks for the help :D .
