Even if they go at another country with sticks they'd do some serious damage in an all out offensive. I heard they're not poorly trained either, just have crap and outdated equipment. They operate under a "military first" ideal so the soldiers will be the only ones that are well fed and such. At least, I've not seen much evidence of their poor training, just people making jokes about how incompetent they all are.
