Google Chrome Favourite Manga Attack On Titan	so in Dragon Ball Z Season 2 they gather up the dragon balls and wish for a new Namik and people back to life and also everyone Freiza's killed thus wouldn't the sayians and Bardock Come back to life and also they probably could breath in space because Bardock is in space when he faces Freiza and Vegeta and Nappa when they blow up planet Arlia so they could've flown to a nearby planet and be living.

So the Saiyans stayed dead when this wish happened because they'd been dead for upwards of 30 years. And New Namek wasn't created, from my understanding, it was simply a planet that the Namekians relocated to that was almost identical to the original planet Namek. We never see any Saiyans breathing in space during the manga. Arlia is anime filler. And the Bardock special was never in the manga. Freeza even states that Saiyans are incapable of breathing in space. And we never get any evidence in the manga proving otherwise.
