If a person was a Ussj could he train his self to increase his speed? could these form be trained to take on a ssj 2 ?

If you believe the multipliers for those forms are constantly linear with Base, then yes. For example Boo-arc SSJ Goku would curbstomp a hypothetical SSJ2 Android-arc Vegeta.

Chrome Favourite Manga One Punch Man	Well Broli as a "Legendary" Super Saiyan already DID seem to beat up a Super Saiyan 2 in Movie 10. But as for less stupid forms, a Super Saiyan Grade 2 could do it. There's no major drawbacks to that form aside from some stress and energy waste, so at roughly equal powers the Grade 2 user could potentially defeat the SS2 user if they did it quickly enough. But like others have said, it all depends on the comparative base powers. If Saiyan A is 8x stronger than Saiyan B, then Saiyan A at SS1 will be able to tango with and defeat Saiyan B at SS3. Like take Post Zeta Sword Gohan for example, his SS2 is in the ballpark of Fat Boo, which puts it on the SS3 level, which means his SS should on the level of SS2 and his Base should be on SS level. It's the same with Vegetto, his Base and SS surpass SS3 due to his Base being so high. I know I used a Fusion, but you get my point.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball Z	Could Piccolo take on a Z Warrior who is Super Saiyan 2? Maybe not, but I think Piccolo is still powerful enough to be relevant. Why doesn't Piccolo ever transform into a giant? Was that not cannon? Did that only happen in the Lord Slug movie? I wish Piccolo could still turn giant. I'd think he'd have a chance against someone who is Super Saiyan 2.

Internet Explorer Favourite Manga Dragon Ball Z	Maybe to the Base Saiyans, but partially from the Cell Game and all of the Boo Arc...he's useless compared to the Super Saiyans, the Boo arc make it very clear, he was pretty much reduced to a coach and that was about it. Which is sad because I would've loved to see him be relevant to the Ascended Super Saiyans...let him run into another Namekian Warrior who's about equal to himself and let them Fuse.
