I still have a windows 7 ultimate 64-bit and I'm still reluctant to upgrade even if it's a free upgrade. No noticeable difference. Interestingly Fury/Fury X got a boost in some games, but by and large, there's nothing significant.

Once you ditch all the cortana, bing search, extra app s***, set your privacy buttons right, it's gold. Something I noticed now that 7 never did for my computer, is that when i'm not using my secondary HDD, it shuts it down until I attempt to use it again in some way. It's like 10 knows that it's a secondary and is trying to save power. That's sweet.

Planning on getting a new laptop in a few weeks and was thinking about getting 7 on it because I've heard 8 is s* and that 10 is good if you don't mind being scooped on, which I do mind. Tbh tho I haven't looked into it too much yet.

It's mostly statistics and advertisement segments. The honest truth is that if you want privacy, you'll have to stop using the internet completely.

Some of my older games no longer work from disks so I have to purchase them digitally. Windows 7 was better for me.

That or just buy a whole new set.
