They're often not popular enough to get that far, usually overshadowed by the seasonal bandwagon animes such as AoT, SAO etc. You'll probably never have heard of Humanity Has Declined because SAO came out around the same time Easily my favourite anime of 2012 though, it was so different and confusing. Featherless, headless talking chickens committing suicide off a cliff confusing.
