His power only activated by being mad. Without any control, and without them playign with him he's done quickly. Goku pushed every button to he got what he wanted, the others wouldn't which was the reason he rigged the draw. I Toriyama can talk with me and he will change his mind Tenshinhan is treated as more useful in the series All Tien does is spam Tri Beams throughout Z. That's literally his only role. Use Tri Beam against Nappa and die. Use Tri Beam against Cell and almost die. Use Tri Beam against Boo and get knocked out by a pair of detached legs. Mr Satan is more useful in the series than Tien is, so I guess Mr Satan > Tien?

In the Cell Saga Tenshinhan fights the cyborgs while Krillin is behind.. he is shown able to hold Cell.. in he Boo arc he goes vs Gotenks-Boo.. in BoG vs Beerus.. in FnF he is shown more powerful too.. he trained hard in the Boo arc while Krillin got weaker... Tenshinhan was trash in all those moments but why would he be shown useful and not Krillin if the bald guy is stronger?
