unlike goku, they are saiyans who grew up with their own people and and know of their traditions. probably performing some of them or all of them. would they also respect and worship vegeta ? he and trunks are royalty. |

You think Bardock was a douche? Haha. Explain. Hmm. Yeah... I still see him being a tough guy, even with Gine around. I guess they'd be all loving for Kakarrot. |

Saiyan "traditions" are little or nothing more than, "fight, eat, and sometimes mate." Bardock would still be a brute with a quasi-hidden soft side for his family, and he'd probably be proud of Goku for his class-defying strength. Gine would still be mild-mannered by Saiyan standards and maybe get along with Chi-Chi. |

traditions also include religion. everyone has a religion. but that isnt really the point. yes, he would be proud of goku's superior strength but would he be proud of his class defying actions ? Edited by Shazam, Jul 7 2015, 11:12 PM.

The closest thing the Saiyans would have to a religion is the legend of the Super Saiyan. What do you mean "class defying actions?" In what little likeness of a culture the Saiyans had, strength was respected above all else. Toriyama's said that you could get promoted if you became powerful enough, and Vegeta Senior was the king because he was the strongest and best warrior. He could be feasibly overthrown and replaced if someone got strong enough to do it. Bardock would be all, "hot damn, MY son got insanely strong and became a Super Saiyan" and be very disappointed in Raditz. Edited by Kaboom, Jul 8 2015, 12:19 AM.

Kmsl, very likely, about being disappointed in the eldest child. Plus he's a coward. |

Raditz would probably go rogue. Man, the battle between Kakarrot and Raditz would be something else. |
