His control over Dragon Chi is impressive, clearly enough to annihilate a bloodlusted Liu Kang. He has also dodged bullets while running along the side of a skyscraper, so he also wins in the speed category. By a lot. Besides, Liu Kang doesn't have many deadly attacks, and Iron Fist can just heal himself from non-lethal wounds. Either that, or he can just use a chi barrier to block Kang's attacks or just absorbs Liu Kang's fire and use it against him. Liu Kang gets rekt.
