If Spidey stomps, make it KP.

If Tao stomps, make it General Blue.

I know next to nothing about Spiderman, but I remember Spider-Carnage being a total beast in the animated series, so I'm picking him for this battle.

Tao shouldn't be able to overcome a symbiote's many abilities.

Spiderman slaughters Tao. He's redirected explosives before, and that's all it took for Goku to beat Tao.

King Piccolo, however, could probably do Spidey in with a well placed ki blast.

Spidey's most powerful incarnation is Cosmic Spider-Man, or Spider-Man with retained Uni-power from Captain Universe.

Posted Image
He stomped Venom and Hobgoblin and fought Thor to a standstill (starting the fight with a fist to his face which sent him into space) until Doctor Doom knocked out the Thunderer. This version of Spidey would GODSTOMP Tao, Blue and King Piccolo with a single blast. Nevermind the fact that he holds part of Captain Universe's power (who is a guy with near-infinite stamina and invulnerability, Savage Hulk-level strength, light-speed hyperspace flight and some others) and a portion of the Power Cosmic which is OP as Hell, mainly if it's used by Silver Surfer, apparently. Also, is it fair to mention how he sent Grey Hulk into orbit?

Then after this Spidey the strongest would be Spider-Carnage, I guess. Here's a Carnage Respect Thread I did myself for anyone who wants to learn not to mess with Carnage.

Now, Carnage is an 80-tonner. Spidey in comparison can only lift 20 tons. Combine the two and ignore the numbers because that's not the part either Tao, Blue or King Piccolo should be worrying about. This Spidey is not only powerful, but also really skilled and very unpredictable. Even in the wide open, King Piccolo himself will have trouble dealing with this monstrosity. And he'll eventually fall, seeing how he doesn't have enough power to kill Spider-Carnage.

I was lying btw  Here's Spidey's most powerful version: Spider-Man Beyonder! The one capable of ONE-SHOTTING GALACTUS!!

He also re-created the multiverse in a nanosecond by warping reality, all of this while being fused with the Infinity Gauntlet. I feel like this guy could just turn any DB character into dust by breathing.

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

comic characters always gets overpowered ....without any significant reasons

It is pointless to compare them to anyone....outside of the great comic realm. I mean I bet even antman could rapestomp ssj4 gogeta without much trouble....at least an incarnation already stomped some hight tier comic character so" I guess you can feel the irony here

Wow. I had no idea about these versions of him. Well, I was honestly expecting the strongest version of him to be only somewhat stronger than the 616 version.

What about current Spidey then?

Current Spidey would destroy Tao, but Tao would give him a fight. If King Piccolo fought him, Spidey would definetely stand no chance.

@Dexter Morgan

Ehem... You don't know the existence of those different incarnations of Spider-Man. How can you say there's no reason if you have no knowledge about them?
-Cosmic Spider-Man is the result of the fusion between two heroes, one being nearly a God.
-Spider-Carnage is the result of an accident, committed by a Peter Parker from a parallel Universe.
-And Spidey Beyonder is basically the same Cosmic Spider-Man, but Spidey fused with Beyonder instead of Captain Univrse.

Most OP character in comics has a reason: He's God. As simple as that is, they go into a lot of depth with this character, called The-One-Above-All: He's not just God, he's the physical manifestation inside a comic book of the current writer and artist of any Marvel series. That's why he's OP yet has a reason. He's basically the plot itself, something you can't argue against.

Most OP character in the anime and manga world is just a mech. What sense does that make? What argument is there to make a robot so big and so powerful? None. At least other Shonen characters trained to become powerful, this thing was just made because the writers throught it would be awesome to make the most OP character ever, which wasn't even close to a Top 30, honestly.

Darker describes all the ludicrous powered up versions of Spider-Man.
I'll admit, I find this response more hilarious then I should.
Honestly the strongest Spiderman can get without near cosmic power ups is probably above Tao's level. And though he could likely annoy the hell out of Piccolo for a bit, but is going down eventually I think.
That said, I believe he once managed to web up enough to trap Ironman, but then OMD happened so I don't know if that's cannon anymore.
Tao would likely give him trouble but the spider sense would likely make it so Tao doesn't get a good enough hit to take him down, while he's free to use his webs, agility, and strength to take him down.

Hell didn't 616 Spidey beat the crap out of Firelord with his bare hands? That's like Cap punching out Thor. Yeah hands down win for the Spectacular Spider even without cosmic enhancements (apparently)

I was refering to the ridiculous comic power ups.

Its like I d say one of the incarnation of Raditz from Dragon Ball will be multiverse+ by potara fused with beerus than namek fused with the strongest namek from DBM and stuff

I mean why just power a building level character to multiverse buster....it is pointless.

Its like in marvel every character had at least a universe+ incarnation, even the peak humans :D
