After being shot, he jumps off the roof of the Star City hospital, falling seven stories, and runs away before Green Arrow can find him." Bullseye is more inventive with the weapons by default. Both are excellent athletes, however, I think our English term is smarter, and could probably drive bullseye insane rather easily, granted wearing the Daredevil suit also did that so it's not really that impressive, but I think Onomatopoeia has the edge in smarts. And while Bullseye has gone after metahumans, he as far as I know hasn't killed any sans Electra, while Onomatopoeia seems to have a collection of pelts from heroes he's killed. Let's be honest, if it gets to ranged, Bullseye stomps, in melee, Onomatopoeia has a chance. In the end though, I think Bullseye has this one with sheer skill with thrown stuff.
