Chrome, Edge Favourite Manga Wizard's Soul ~Holy War of Love~	Goku is gonna get an early advantage because he looks small and harmless, Kuro won't take him seriously at first. His pussyfoot maneuver, while fast, is I'm guessing about the same as the afterimage technique, Goku can keep up. I don't see his cat paw katanas doing much on their own, but depending on his ability they may outside deadly. So... How powerful are one piece humans exactly? Especially Kuro.

Chrome Favourite Manga One Piece	Well, its kind of hard to say. He wiped out his team with ease with the pussyfoot maneuver, but they were weak and the ones that weren't were injured at that point. He also cut up Luffy, but he's weak to sharp stuff, so hardly notable. Perhaps his speed is the best thing he has going. Edit: actually, he took hard hits from an angry Luffy until he pulled out a Gum-Gum technique at point blank range Edited by Dankness Lava, Jun 23 2015, 08:07 PM.

He's just a bit too tough, a bit too fast, and a bit too skilled in combat to lose.
