Only because Toriyama probably doesn't remember Kaioken. He didn't remember SSJ2. only way Kaioken gets in Super is Toei taking liberties. I do miss the Kaioken aura and sound effect.

Yet the manga has 5. Just cause Toriyama reread. Doesn't improve memory.
