Google Chrome	Lex Luthor has his warsuit and associated weapons, Raiden is post-upgrades, Raiden has the Muramasa, L'etranger, Bloodlust, and Dystopia(he can switch between them as necessary). Neither has any knowledge on the other and they battle inside the Metropolis sewers.

Chrome, Edge Favourite Manga Wizard's Soul ~Holy War of Love~	Lex also has a suit meant to kill superman, and though it fails at that, it still has a ton of strength and durability behind it, not to mention if those sewers aren't made of Vibranium or a similar crazy metal, he can easily just blast his way or of the sewer and into the city or air, negating the close quarters advantage Raiden has. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe his battle suit, current once I think can also hack the governments computers, if he uses them to get info on Raiden that can give him a serious advantage if he managed to get some alone time after seeing and probably fighting him a bit. While I have my doubts the electrical blasts could also prove an issue for Raiden. That said if Raiden cian work past the shield faster than his opponent can get him off, Lex is a goner. P.s. I assume the new 52 and third suit is the assumed version? Edit: actually I think Raiden is favored in this arena, he's a better fighter and a better sneaker as well, in the confines of the adamantium sewer he can sneak up behind them blade mode him until the shield fails, at which point Lex's head comes clean off. Google Chrome	Yeah, the sewers are unbreakable. That's to be assumed with a lot of the location battles, as otherwise, they'd sprawl out of the location. I'm not sure if hacking will work on Raiden as he's pretty much self contained. He'd have to hack Doktor's computers, not Raiden. Even if he does figure out that's what he needs to hack, there isn't really much he can do. He could f*** around with Raiden's inhibitors I guess, but it's not like that's extremely helpful. Electrical blasts are interesting, but according to the EMP grenade description, all recent model cyborgs and UGs automatically shut down their circuits upon power surges and then quickly reboot, meaning no permanent damage is done(though it can cause a slight delay). And yes, that is the version of Lex I am thinking of

Chrome, Edge Favourite Manga Wizard's Soul ~Holy War of Love~	I was more thinking he could pull up info on him, thus giving him a look into Raiden and his skill set, allowing him essentially free knowledge, though this actually gives me an idea, even if getting free info like that isn't allowed, can Raiden use his codec? Spoiler: click to toggle Also Wayne built these sewers didn't he? Figures he'd make an unbreakable sewer. Otherwise yeah, Lex ironically has mostly just brute force working for him.
