I thought I'd get the ball rolling since the fixtures have been released.

This looks like it could be a very interesting season with the likes of Bournemouth and Watford competing in the Premier League.

Pretty much how I would have things. As a Liverpool fan, I obviously have them making the top four (and I do genuinely believe that they have a strong chance to do so), so that means choosing one of last year's top four to drop out. Man City seem the most likely since they haven't really improved much outside of the addition of Sterling.

1. Chelsea
2. Arsenal
3. Manchester United
4. Liverpool
5. Manchester City
6. Southampton
7. Tottenham Hotspur
8. Swansea City
9. Stoke City
10. Everton
11. West Ham United
12. Crystal Palace
13. West Bromwich Albion
14. Newcastle United
15. Aston Villa
16. Sunderland
17. Norwich City
18. Bournemouth
19. Leicester City
20. Watford

United look stronger than last season but they're still not good enough yet.

Chelsea only managed a 2-2 draw at home to Swansea. Unless they make some epic new signings then I can't see them being as strong as last season. But all credit to Swansea, they are looking solid again. Might get themselves a Europa League place this season.

Good first win for Leicester against Sunderland and an admirable effort from Watford against Everton to draw 2-2.

Was really not expecting that result after their poor performances in Europe. Good result for them to start the season.

Happy with the Liverpool result but they should be playing better than that against teams like Stoke.

Yeah, good result, but we were saved by a bit of Coutinho magic. Outside of that, we looked pretty unremarkable going forward, and if Stoke had more dangerous attacking players at hand, they would have grabbed at least 1 goal for themselves.

But a 1-0 win away at Stoke is something any team would take, and is especially sweet after the terrors our last visit brought.

Only teams really looking impressive so far are West Ham and Leicester.
Wonder who's going to take the championship.

I thought Chelsea looked most impressive but it's just that Swansea managed to neutralise them where it mattered most.

Championship? No clue. Could be literally any of the teams. Someone could be leading at the top for six weeks and then fall apart. Or the opposite, some team could be struggling to get wins and then bam, never lose again for the rest of the season.

I think he meant the championship as in the Premiership :P But yeah, the Championship is really unpredictable.

Man Utd signs Pedro next week and wins the Premier League in May. Chris Smalling has finally grown into a great defender, may I say told you so to doubters.

Manchester City looking terrific versus West Brom. Aguero didn't even play until the 2nd half and they got a 3-0 lead. Yaya Toure scoring goals from midfield like Lampard, David Silva looking great in the #10 role too.

They look more collective, that's for sure. I still think they might have a rough season.

That game was a little bit one sided.
