I thought I'd get the ball rolling since the fixtures have been released.

This looks like it could be a very interesting season with the likes of Bournemouth and Watford competing in the Premier League.

Barring injuries and offers from Barcelona, I think that they can only get better. I have full confidence in their ability to finish high in the table again and do reasonably well in the CL.

I can't stand Mourinho. I don't care that he is a brilliant tactician. He's horrible.
The fact that you can't stand him is fine, but you're wrong in calling ihm horrible. He's one of the finest managers of modern football.

This one might have legs (like Ryan Giggs)

Wouldn't be reported on BBC if it wasn't super cereal.

We can't always get what we want. I'm gonna be super happy with Mou.

I would be reasonably happy. You can like 75% guarantee he'd win the premier league.

The only thing I'd be worried about as United fan would be that he's never lasted more than 3 seasons at a club. You aim for stability when you hire a manager (well, in most cases) and he hasn't got a track record of that. That being said, he does have a track record of winning titles, and that's also what you aim for when hiring a manager for a top club.

I honestly think he's the best hire available at the moment and United would be silly not to hire him, if he's interested.

Haven't had stability since Fergie left. LvG was never going to stay past three seasons, even if he doesn't quit ahead of time, so I don't see what people's problem is tbh.

The only legitimate criticism I've heard of Mourinho is that his style of play wouldn't always lend itself to Manchester United style attacking play, however he does utilise speedy wingers better than I think LvG does.

Even if you think "Oh all he'll do is bring controversy and alienate people", I think you're forgetting that Alex Ferguson did all of those things during his time as well. Before he retired it looked like Rooney was going to be shipped out because he wasn't being played and he denied the BBC from interviewing him for about 15 years because they rubbed him the wrong way.

Wow Liverpool. Conceding in the 121st minute is brutal.

Very brutal. Both goals from set-pieces again, shocker.

Losing to Sunderland should be a sackable offence for a manager.

With that loss, I feel the only way of getting into the Champions League next season now is winning the Europa League...

If Leicester win the league, where on the scale of greatest sporting achievements would it lay? It's a little hyperbolic, but it honestly feels like it would have a claim on being the greatest. It's just unheard of.
